ADVANCED Hockey Skills

Co-Ed, Ages 7+

50 Minute Classes

Attire

• Full hockey equipment, including a CSA approved helmet with cage, neck guard and hockey stick

Designed for Players who have graduated from NOVICE Hockey Skills. 

• LEVEL 1 - EXECUTION
  
  Focus: High-level skill development
  Key Skills: Advanced puck control, skill combinations, skating under pressure
  Outcome: Improved precision and execution in game situations
  

• LEVEL 2 - PERFORMANCE
   
  Focus: Elite game application
  Key Skills: Decision making, tactical awareness, competitive play
  Outcome: Players develop the confidence and hockey IQ needed to compete at higher levels

Sessions

• Fall 2026 & Winter 2027
  - Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to :600 p.m.
  - Sundays from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
• Spring 2026
  - Saturdays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m at Larry Grossman - Forest Hill
  - Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at RINX
• Summer 2026
  - Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Chesswood Arena
